I was very impressed with my trips here. Oh it was done yesterday, whoops.” Here at Morgantown Ford they have a cool system that shows you a video of the problems. Service timing was great. Cost was at least as good as my old mechanic, perhaps less. And they let you know when it is done in a timely fashion. The service department seemed way better run than my other non-ford dealer experiences. The AI agent thing didn't work as i was a new customer, but the human line works fine. More
