I have purchased numerous trucks and corvettes and recently a Black Raven Escalade and communication was terrible, at best. I just purchased a truck from the sales lady Kristen a year previous as well. I recall the same issue back then unless they needed me for something, which they did. They called begging me to come back and sign paperwork again 3 weeks after purchase because Eastman didn’t like it for whatever reason. Kristen swore there wasn’t any room for wiggle on the price on the truck and said the same for the Escalade. I gave her the benefit of the doubt with the 2nd vehicle, hoping she would give me a little bit of a break instead of worrying about lining her pocket, but money isn’t everything. The old saying, “fool me once shame on you, fool me twice….” Yea. I’d recommend anybody else, and I don’t even know any of the other salesmen/women. And those finance fellas will come at you like vultures as well and get upset if you deny their added protection plan. Nice vehicles on the lot, though! More
