Typical car dealer. Dishonest, deceitful. They remove things from the deal that are already included when they aren't getting their way with a trade-in. They state things that are in the deal and later things from the deal that are already included when they aren't getting their way with a trade-in. If you complain enough you might get some redress but you have to go through a painful process of back and forth for weeks and you'll hear all sorts of excuses and typical salesman talk. There has to be a better place to buy a car. More

Needed a new car. This dealership had good inventory on gently used cars. The personnel were easy to deal with. They did say that they had replaced my key fob battery but the screen said to replace it aft gently used cars. The personnel were easy to deal with.
