My wife and I purchased our second vehicle from Mohawk Honda today. I worked with Travis Landry and he was great to deal with. My job has hectic hours and Travis was willing to communicate using email throughout the process. Yesterday we finally went to meet Travis and see what we could make happen. He met us when we arrived and we talked for less than an hour before we had come to a deal which I feel was fair to myself and the dealership. I had to return today with my down-payment and to finish the paperwork. When we got there Travis had us approved for financing and had added the vehicle to our insurance for us. I completed the paperwork and in less than an hour we were driving off the lot in our new vehicle. There are Honda dealerships closer to me but I find myself wanting to do business with Mohawk anytime I am shopping for a Honda. Everyone is always great to work with and I recommend if your shopping for a new car you give Mohawk Honda a chance to earn your business. More

I presented Mohawk with an extremely easy deal for both sides from the start. I was met with arrogance by the salesman Luis, who was very dismissive and unprofessional. At every point, he attempted to ove sides from the start. I was met with arrogance by the salesman Luis, who was very dismissive and unprofessional. At every point, he attempted to overcharge me for a vehicle and unwanted accessory package for $900 as well as not including my owner loyalty rebate of $500. I was already approved by Honda Finance before I came into the dealership, where I presented the approval certificate to Luis. He ignored my approval and pulled my credit when he just needed to call Honda Finance for approval details. He couldn't handle negotiating with me, so he had to get his boss involved for every question and objection I called him on. What should have been a pleasant and easy transaction turned into 5 hours of torture for a returning Honda customer. If this is the way they represent themselves to repeat buyers who have a paid-off-trade vehicle and excellent credit. I hate to see how they treat the first-time buyer of the Honda brand. In the end, I paid the sticker price for the 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport L because they were unwilling to discount the vehicle to work with a returning customer. All I have to say is "Buyer Beware" when purchasing from Mohawk Honda. More
