I met and worked with Krystal over the course of a few days. She was extremely knowledgeable in the models I was considering, and was more than patient with questions. She made a point to not only test drive the Durango with me, but insisted I also test drive the Ram, which ultimately became my vehicle of choice. She made certain to stay involved in every step of accomplishing the deal, and I am happy to have had the opportunity to work with her.
