She called me a week later to let me know a comparable vehicle was available, I loved it and bought it. Krystal was not available to show me the vehicle when I got there so Alex took over and did a fantastic job. I really enjoyed working with both of them and they made it a seamless process. More

She is beyond amazing—professional, patient, and truly dedicated to helping her customers. I came in with some challenges, but between Krystal, Michael, and Brayeam, they went above and beyond to get me into the RAV4 of my dreams. What really sets this place apart is the way they make you feel—this isn’t your typical car dealership where you’re just another sale. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in, and the care and attention they show is unmatched. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely has your best interests at heart, this is the place to go! More

From the very beginning, she listened attentively to every request and made sure each detail was through the purchase of our 2025 SR5 Toyota 4RUNNER. From the very beginning, she listened attentively to every request and made sure each detail was handled with care. Living in Crestview, Florida, we were amazed at how smoothly the entire process was managed remotely — through phone calls, texts, and emails with pictures attached. When we finally arrived at Beaver Toyota in Cumming to see our new 4RUNNER, we were ecstatic — it was exactly what we envisioned! Krystal made us feel valued, heard, and truly part of the Beaver Toyota Family. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication are unmatched, and she is undoubtedly an asset to the dealership. We’ll be recommending Krystal to all our family and friends looking for a new car or truck. She made this experience not just easy, but memorable. More
