Hands down the BEST Alfa Romeo dealership in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. This is my second Stelvio that I’ve had and I will only go back to Criswell AR for service or sales although it is metropolitan Washington, DC area. James in Sales and Kristie in Finance and Anthony in Service are professional, courteous and patient with me and my situation. I had purchased from a dealership that is no longer around, and had therefore serviced my Stelvio at yet another dealership before I stumbled upon Criswell in Germantown. The level of service at Criswell and caring they extend, like they appreciate you are their customer is by far the best of the three Alfa Romeo dealerships in the area I’ve encountered. Customer service is incredibly important in my book. I can’t say enough great things about how positive and efficient my experience was here. If looking for an Alfa Romeo don’t waste your time going elsewhere. More

Fastest purchase ever! I just purchased my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from them. Due to the fact that there's a pandemic, we were able to do most of the transaction via email. my salesman James Tan was very professional and no-nonsense. When I got there, the car was ready and prepped. Signing documents with Krystie was done in a very safe, sanitary fashion and took very little time. She explained everything in detail and had everything ready and highlighted. Best of all, no upsells! It was the fastest dealer paperwork experience ever. James showed me all of the features of the car, helped me pair my phone and then answered the questions I had. All in all a fantastic experience. More

There was no pressure to buy or do anything. The check from my bank didn't arrive on time, yet Karifa/Criswell found alternative financing and worked their magic to avoid delay in purchase transaction. I had dealt with other dealers, but many were pushy can trying to contact far to much (got 11 calls in one day from a single dealer). There was a Giulia that had almost everything I was looking for so I inquired and this is when I first started speaking with Danny. By far the most relaxed, respectful, and upfront salesman I have ever dealt with. We disucssed the car, but he managed to get me into a even higher spec'd car for far less than the comparable A4 or 330i! I couldn't believe it, I though I was priced out of the car with all the options I wanted and then some, but I was wrong! The entire time Danny was texting me, helping me with every little detail, and had everything in order when I arrived to make the purchase. He even found an additional $500 discount after I said I was making the purchase! From walking in to leaving with the keys was just over 1 hour and the longest part was having some of the paperwork print out. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone like him. I'm considering getting the Quadrifolgio next just so I can have Danny sell me another car! An additional mention to Krystie who made the financing easy and didn't try to up-sell a thousand things like other dealers, there was just one, and it was the tire and wheel protection! All the staff were friendly and made getting the car a breeze! More
