My husband and I found a Suburban online that we both were interested in. We decided to go look at it since we were in the Chicago area. The building was being remodeled, but it was clean. I enjoyed the music they played, it wasn’t the normal elevator music. Steven was our Salesman, he was wonderful! Steven was down to earth and realistic. He didn’t try to sell us a car that didn’t meet our needs. He wasn’t pushy, explained everything to us, and was willing to go above and beyond to help us. Volkan, the General Sales Manager, was also nice and helpful. He worked with us to get our monthly payment close to where we wanted to be. Not exactly where we wanted to be, but low enough that we could work it into our budget. Without his help we wouldn’t have brought home a newer SUV. Krystle was working in the finance department, even though she’s a Sales Consultant. She definitely worked hard that night, we didn’t leave there until around 10:00pm, and there was still a customer there to purchase a car after us. Krystle was very down to earth. Even though she didn’t normally work in the finance department, she didn’t miss a beat. I would recommend Tasca Chevrolet of Wheeling to anyone. They’re not your average suit and tie salespeople. They don’t talk down to you, and they’re not too pushy. The staff works together as a team. The team is willing to work with you to put you in a vehicle that meets your needs. More
