Worked with Krystal Sonsedek for the first time and Mike Malloy (3rd time working with him)on purchasing my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. I absolutely love my purchase and Krystal and Mike made it a total breeze Malloy (3rd time working with him)on purchasing my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. I absolutely love my purchase and Krystal and Mike made it a total breeze. Krystal worked her hardest at getting me a great deal with financing and made sure I was walking out with my Traverse- in my favorite color-- instead of settling for a newer Equinox (same car I had before). The whole process from start to finish was awesome and Krystal went above and beyond to make sure my son (4 yrs old) was calm, comfortable, and entertained. She even gave him candy and water. :-) All in all, a positive experience with Bill Stasek-- as always. I am absolutely in love with my Traverse! More

Had truck in for service spent 3500 you guys were checking the truck out before I headed out on my trip. Did all the work to fix the problem but you guys said it may be the transmission. Guess what checking the truck out before I headed out on my trip. Did all the work to fix the problem but you guys said it may be the transmission. Guess what it was. I’m pissed because I think you guys knew it was going. The transmission went bad in Oklahoma had to by a Ford Expedition to continue. I had extended warranty but that is a joke going to take 2 weeks to get the parts. I have a truck ordered with you guys now I’m not sure. I wait until you get back to me. More
