The retro fit parts that should have been available for my service had been used on someone else vehicle. I was told I would have to wait until the parts could be special ordered again. After some through my service had been used on someone else vehicle. I was told I would have to wait until the parts could be special ordered again. After some through discussion some parts that fit my vehicle were located and the repairs were made after 3 hours. More

Scheduled on-line 2wks in advance to have maintenance and service done. They could only preform 1/2 of what was requested on that visit. Said I should not schedule service on-line? I was told to schedule a service done. They could only preform 1/2 of what was requested on that visit. Said I should not schedule service on-line? I was told to schedule another apt to have a mirror looked at?? After leaving my vehicle there for 5 days. I get a call that the mirror will have to be ordered and they cannot give me a date on when they can work on the transmission. It's going on 3 weeks. Still no word. This is a brand-new truck. Less than a year old. More
