I went to findlay toyota to get a service for my 2025 toyota GR Corolla. Encounter a check engine and need to diagnose the error and need to update the ECU, It was start from 10am until 1:30pm and it too toyota GR Corolla. After they turnover my car I noticed some scuffs on exterior! please be more careful and need a faster service! More

Since day 1 which was in March I’ve had the best customer service starting with Eddie and then also with Rick. I went in on Monday for a tire change and Kyle realized I was almost at my 10,000 mile service a service starting with Eddie and then also with Rick. I went in on Monday for a tire change and Kyle realized I was almost at my 10,000 mile service and he took care of that as well. He made a quote over the phone, it ended up being a little higher but in the end I got the quote he gave over the phone! I have had a fabulous experience with the staff at Toyota!! More

Findlaly Toyota service center gave my car a once over after hearing a noise while turning and in preparation for a cross country road trip.
