Overall a great experience! Kyle Bourgeios was very accommodating. We worked with Kyle's manager (Brett?) as well, who also provided great customer service. We were very interested in a specific car at this dealer, but we thought we could find a better deal for something similar close by. We did a lot of research in the next few days (during which Kyle was very responsive over text messages), and found that Brent Brown had just about the best deal on this car! Kyle and Brett were just as helpful as before when we returned and said we had changed our minds. When we decided to purchase the car, Jared from finance was also very helpful, he had financial advice that wouldn't affect the amount of cash the dealer would receive, but would help us with our credit and our long term financial health. Everyone there seemed so eager to help us out! Overall very satisfied with Brent Brown Auto in Orem! More

I am not one that appreciates being pushed into something especially when I am spending a large sum of money. It was refreshing to meet Kyle who not only was NOT pushy, but very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He answered all our questions and I believe got us the best possible deal. We felt good about our experience. We also had a good experience with the rest of the team at Brent Brown and Jared was extremely helpful finding the best possible financing. As of now I paln on being a repeat customer in the future. I was surprised how well we were treated since we did not have good experiences at other dealerships. Best Car Buying Experience Ever I was on my way to a competitive dealership to buy a competitive brand used car. I didn't think I had enough cash or credit to buy my preferred New T I was on my way to a competitive dealership to buy a competitive brand used car. I didn't think I had enough cash or credit to buy my preferred New Toyota 4Runner. Victoria at the front desk cheerfully directed me to Kyle B. and Sheldon W. who worked hard to get the price and loan options I needed to put together a great deal on a new 4Runner. While I was a little demanding and stressed because I had an appointment with another car dealer in about an hour, Sheldon and Kyle were very gracious and put together a great package for me. Charlie in finance made arrangements with my credit union to allow a little better finance option and in about an hour I drove out in my new 4Runner with about the same payment and terms I would have had with the competitive dealers used 2017 SUV. The whole staff at Brent Brown Toyota greatly exceeded my expectations. Go see Kyle, Sheldon and Charlie if you want a great experience buying a car, you wont be disappointed! I would hope down the road for future purchases Kyle is still a member of the staff and I can work with him again, but I also got a sense that, that is the culture of the entire staff.
