From being greeted by Sales Specialist Chuck Freihofer, shown all the car models by Patrick, had the numbers crunched and given a very good deal by Kyle Carter and then led through the tedious signings by Don Van Wie, I was treated very professionally but with great kindness and patience. I can't believe that getting my new lease could be so painless and enjoyable!!! More

It was an absolute pleasure working with David Hoover when buying my Prius. He was very straightforward with the pricing and my buying options. He made what most people call a the long lasting process when buying my Prius. He was very straightforward with the pricing and my buying options. He made what most people call a the long lasting process of buying a vehicle extremely easy and laid back. I felt totally comfortable the entire time and I never once felt pressured or pushed to buy the vehicle. I thought it was going to be like every other dealership that I had walked out of because of the long, drawn out, back and forth nonsense that usually goes on when buying a car but at Toyota of Orlando there was none of that. David was very knowledgeable on his product, the financial options, the programs that Toyota offers its customers and most importantly he didn't waste my time. In short he was a complete professional in every aspect of the sale. I would definitely reccomend Toyota of Orlando to any of my friends and family that are in the market for a new vehicle. I have been looking for a used car for the past 2 weeks and have had zero luck finding a salesperson that was genuine and was truly looking out for my best interest.
