Steve Gregory met with me today to provide an appraisal of my current truck for possible purchase by the dealership. His professionalism and fairness during our interactions led to my canceling two other appraisal appointments I had with other appraisers today and accepting Dover Chevrolet’s offer. I’m buying a new truck from these folks - they’ve earned my business. Kyle & Marty set the stage with their low pressure, knowledgeable guidance on the process, vehicles and packages/options prior to today’s visit.
