I showed interest in the white Ford Explorer on line. Within five minutes Kyle called me he was very professional and kind and not overwhelming in any way. We set up an appointment for the next day. My carsalesman Mr. Foo's was very accommodating. He kept me posted and communicated with me very well. I was at the dealership way longer than expected, no fault of his Foo's was very accommodating. And the financial person was very nice as well. It was a Sunday so there weren't many people working that day. Overall I had a pretty good experience. More

This review of Byer Toyota was posted on YELP on August 18th: As with most car dealerships, the real decision maker/deal maker sits behind a desk and communicates through the sales reps. On August 17th 20 18th: As with most car dealerships, the real decision maker/deal maker sits behind a desk and communicates through the sales reps. On August 17th 2025, I drove 2 hours to Byers Toyota because they had the car I wanted (2025 Hybrid Highlander) plus I gave the sales rep my ($reasonable$) expectations. He replied, "I think we can make you happy." Once at the dealership, it quickly became clear the sales rep was just a messenger and not my advocate. The gap to meet my reasonable expectations was $900. The sales rep went back to his sales manager and he lowered the gap by $400. I told the rep that I want the car BUT that gap (now $500) will result in my not giving them a positive on-line review. The rep did not flinch! They could have given me $500 more on my trade-in or reduced the sales price by $500. Ultimately, they failed in making me a happy... Meanwhile the sales manager remained in his office, never came out to say hi or acknowledge my purchase. When he walked by, he never made eye contact with anyone and demonstrated no customer service orientation. While Byer's Toyota has a good selection of new & used vehicles, I would not purchase from them again. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! More
