Im sorry that the wait time felt long you came in for oil change and tire rotation, you also had a park assist light that comees on intermittenly which needed diag and then a tmps light on which we inspected. The only thing we charged for was the oil change and we informed you that your brakes 4mm and the tires are 4/32nds and under infact the rear passanger is tire is on the wear bars. We diagnosed that the front aid sensor is broken which is causing the intermitten issue and that the tires needed the air adjusted because they ranged from 28-49 psi. Im sorry that $26.43 in labor is too high of a price. Oil prices and have jumped drasticly and we are hoping they come down soon but unfortunately until they do I have to charge the prices based on what we are paying for the oil.
