The most knowledgeable and caring people that I have ever worked with. Everyone from Service and Sales have been fantastic. I have a problem with memory, but I will do my best to highlight a few. Kyle Gunn has been the best sales person i have ever. Met. His reassuring and kind character has been invaluable. He didn't hide away after making the sale. He has coordinated service, loaner cars, and contacts. I wish I could remember the name of the most spectacular service department resource. I only had 1 service need, and Meredith kept me in the loop and worked as an advocate for me. I am very sad that I am not longer able to drive, but again Kyle and his team worked to buy my car back. I am very lucky that my last car was a Subaru. Thank you all. More

Subaru of Columbia is my car dealership for life. This is the second care I've bought from them and though I expect my 2026 Crosstrek Premium will last me a long time, when I am ready for a new vehic This is the second care I've bought from them and though I expect my 2026 Crosstrek Premium will last me a long time, when I am ready for a new vehicle, I will head back to them to see Kyle Gunn and Keith Miller. I worked most closely with Kyle, who helped me feel much more at ease and confident in the car-buying process. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to find the answer if he doesn't know, and though very professional, his demeanor is so no-pressure and easygoing, he's become a friend who happens to sell Subarus. Actually, every single person I have encountered at Subaru of Columbia, from the sales floor to the service department to finance has been super friendly and highly profession. Subaru of Columbia, you have an AWESOME team!! Thank you for such a great experience, and an even better car! More
