I called Ryan on 5/22 BEFORE the registration was submitted to the sta I had signed along with my son on my son’s new lease for a 2025 Camry on 5/21. I called Ryan on 5/22 BEFORE the registration was submitted to the state as I wanted assurance that the registration, mail, bills etc would go to my son at his address and not mine. Ryan said he’d call me back the next day. He did not. I called on Tuesday 5/27 and was told that everything us in my name with my address and no way to update? Why no callback? Not sure what happened here?? More

Rob was excellent with the knowledge about my truck and accessories. All personnel were excellent. My only complaint is with the service of cleaning the truck before I purchased it. The engine was covere accessories. All personnel were excellent. My only complaint is with the service of cleaning the truck before I purchased it. The engine was covered with muddy water and Rob had to tell the guy 3 times to get it clean. Also, the truck had dust and crumbs on the dash and in the holders. More

Can’t say enough about this group. I was looking for a certain non-Toyota car and was frustrated with quality of interactions from sales folks. My wife loves Spitzer (particularly jame I was looking for a certain non-Toyota car and was frustrated with quality of interactions from sales folks. My wife loves Spitzer (particularly james in service who is a customer service legend) for how she has been treated in sales and service. She finally had enough and forced me to go to Spitzer. Wow! What a difference. Our sales associate Adeel was incredible! He was patient, listened to what I wanted and we had a conversation about cars that would fit that weren’t even on his lot. In the end he found us a car that had most of what I was looking for a lot less money than cars I had looked at on other lots and he even came in on his time off to accommodate our tight schedules. Great guy and an honest salesperson who was fun to work with. Kyle in finance was friendly, honest, and got us a great deal. I’ve dealt with a lot of finance guys who will do anything to sell you packages you don’t need at closing. Kyle had a conversation with us to show what was offered and what it would do and I felt I was with an advisor, not a high pressure salesman. This is a dealership that invests in relationships. The BEST Toyota Dealership in the US, selling the best cars sold in the US - Toyota. I have purchased (new) 4 FJ Cruisers, 1 Avalon, 4 Tundras, 1 Prius V, 1 RAV4 and a Corolla Hybrid from 12 other Toyota cars sold in the US - Toyota. I have purchased (new) 4 FJ Cruisers, 1 Avalon, 4 Tundras, 1 Prius V, 1 RAV4 and a Corolla Hybrid from 12 other Toyota Dealers from Chicago to Sarasota, and parts in between, before I purchased my 2024 4Runner Limited from this OUTSTANDING Dealership. Spitzer is the ONLY dealer I will consider returning to for future Toyota purchases. As an out-of-state purchaser most of my purchase transactions have been handled by email/phone calls until date of pickup. Nevertheless, I've had some long sitting spells in many of the dealerships as they present their dog and pony shows to sell me add-ons. Spitzer is a no-pressure dealer, they will offer you any option you desire to add to the sale; but respect the buyers wishes and give no hard-sell presentations. With Spizter the business was transacted so professionally and quickly that I arrived at Spitzer at 9:30am Saturday Oct 19 and by 10:30 am I was driving out the door in my new 4Runner, simply amazing professionalism on the part of Spitzer! I about fell out of my chair when Spitzer explained their lifetime power train limited warranty to the buyer at no additional charge! No other Toyota dealer has ever offered this to me. The 4Runner was spotless and flawless and my wife was very surprised when I showed up in the waiting room so quickly, thinking I had not made the sale (after the long waits she has had before!) A Shout out to the Spitzer team: Doug Klenoshek - Internet Manager, went to bat for me to get MGT approval to sell the 4Runner to an out of state buyer. Andy Shah is my salesman who processed all the paperwork quickly and effortlessly, making sure the 4Runner was prepped for delivery according to my preferences. Andy couldn't meet my wife and I on Saturday but he passed the delivery baton to Collin Flaherty who had the purchase package all ready when we arrived. A special thank you to Sierra Clawson delivery specialist who spent alot of time with us in the 4Runner getting our phones synched with all the on-line tech built into the 4 Runner and also explaining to us all the switchgear on the Dash. Lastly thanks to Finance Manager Kyle Hembree who prepared a perfect finance/licensing/registration package and explained the Spitzer Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty to me.
