I walked into Volvo to purchase a safer car option now that I have a little one. Kyle was my sales rep and he provided top notch service from the moment I sat down at his desk up until I walked out of Vol that I have a little one. Kyle was my sales rep and he provided top notch service from the moment I sat down at his desk up until I walked out of Volvo with my new car. I cannot recommend him enough. He was thorough, not pushy and had excellent communication. He is a great lister and addressed all my concerns. Santiago, the finance manager was excellent as well. He was able to obtain a competitive interest for the car loan (more competitive than two banks I shopped). His communication was also thorough and the experience was seamless. Finally, Alex walked me through all the features of my new car and helped address any questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable. The level of service Smythe Volvo provided far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I purchase a safe and reliable car for my family but I made the purchase at a great dealership that made the transaction and experience so pleasant. Thank you so much! More
