My wife and I have had six Volvo cars from Smythe Volvo over the last 40 years rather than other more conventiant delers, my experiences with both service and sales over the last 4 months have reminded me over the last 40 years rather than other more conventiant delers, my experiences with both service and sales over the last 4 months have reminded me why. Billy Shannon in service provided way more than I could have expected in response to a service issue. That assured my commitment to replace a XC-60 with Smythe a few monthe later. Due to a strange situation the new XC-60 was determined to be unsuitable after two weeks. Working with Kyle Jackson it was replaced with out any argument or stress. The cooperaton of Kyle and the staff was just amazingly responsive. I would never consider another dealer for future business. I cant thank you enough for a totally pleasurable experience. More
