Richard and Kyle were both sensative to my feelings as I said "GoodBye" to my car and to my driving privileges. I loved my Camry which was like a good friend. Your building and office was always friendly and clean. Sadly I don't remember all the names over the years who helped me. but I never met anyone who was too busy to talk to me.
