Went in for an appointment at 2:45pm. for an oil change... I sat there for 45 min. Then I went out side and noticed my car hasn't even moved. I told the service advisor I could not say much lon change... I sat there for 45 min. Then I went out side and noticed my car hasn't even moved. I told the service advisor I could not say much longer. If it will be much longer I will have to reschedule. He did not hesitate and got my keys and I left. What a waste of time. I took the day off of work to get this done.... Will not return to this place. More

Only thing I was not happy about was when I said I needed the payment to be no more than what we talked about and I said they are going to hit me with the gap insurance and they said it's not much and it en the payment to be no more than what we talked about and I said they are going to hit me with the gap insurance and they said it's not much and it ended up being 49 dollars more a month at that point it was whatever Hugo the sales man was a pleasure to deal with great guy recommend him anytime More

Ed listened to what I was looking for and found my truck. Ed was extremely professional, friendly and made truck buying easy. The entire time Ed was looking for my Silverado, he kept in touch until he found the model with the options, color and packages I wanted. Once the truck arrived at Ray Chevy, we went on a test drive and he explained all the features and how they worked. I have been a Ray Chevrolet customer for over 20 years using both their Service dept for my vehicles and Sales for my vehicle purchases. I would highly recommend Ray Chevrolet for your service needs and well as buying your next vehicle. More

“Came by with my wife and the used wrangler we bought there for service.
