
I have been working in the auto industry for 7 years now. I graduated in 2011 from Universal Technical Institute with Toyota Technician Certifications. I started off my career as a lube technician working for a local shop. After working for about a year, I wanted to advance my career. I started working at Roseville Toyota in December of 2012. I started as a lube technician, after 8 months I was promoted to Service Advisor. I live locally in town with my fiancée and 2 year old silver lab. We both enjoy camping and going to Tahoe on our days off. One thing that I love about my job is helping customer throughout the process.

I can't give this dealership any kind of a rating beyond zero. We went in, with an appt with the finance person, to pay off our lease. They shuffled us through 4 different sales people each one trying to hu zero. We went in, with an appt with the finance person, to pay off our lease. They shuffled us through 4 different sales people each one trying to hustle to an upsale; first it was an exterior and interior coating; next guy wanted to sell s a new car (ours is 10 moths old), The third one was selling extended warranties. Each one asked us the same questions over and over again. We were there 2.5 hours just to buy out our lease. By the second person we were getting annoyed and pushed for the financial person and the bottom number. Our requests were ignored and up came number 3. I cannot say how annoyed we were. Even the 4th person ran us through the same questions again but at least he gave us the correct paperwork to sign. I'm 80 years old and my husband is 84. Between us we have both many, many cars and nothing like this has happened to us before. We did not buy the car from this dealership but have been bringing it there for service. We've now decided to travel 15 miles to another town and have the car serviced there. I won't give them a nickel of my business ever. More
