My experience with Bill was very pleasant. I just got the truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will b truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will be covering the cost of repairs!! For being 3hrs away a day not being able to bring it back to them, this proved that they care about excellent customer service relationships! More

The weather may have been crummy the day I purchased my F-150 but the service was great! Bill was a very personable salesman and John was very friendly. Both got my son some sweet Ford swag also! Wonderful place to buy a vehicle. None of the games other big box dealers play. Hometown, like you are part of the family. Financing was handles very quick and easily. Grinwald Ford was an overall good experience. Kyle was a joy to work with and went out of his way to make sure he was available to meet to look at and purchase the vehicle, even outside of his scheduled hou joy to work with and went out of his way to make sure he was available to meet to look at and purchase the vehicle, even outside of his scheduled hours! Truly a great guy. The dealership was clean and tidy and they made sure to have the vehicle detailed and ready to go for me. The only thing that keeps this from five stars is the dealerships low trade in offers. Either sell your vehicle ahead of time or don't expect much for trade in, you'll get low balled. More
