Sales manager promised 90 day drivetrain warrantee on used jeep. Never delivered. Finance guy made error in paperwork and charged us $250 more than approved price. He requested to me that instead of redo used jeep. Never delivered. Finance guy made error in paperwork and charged us $250 more than approved price. He requested to me that instead of redoing the paperwork he would send me a check for $250. I agreed and no check ever came. Misreprested price, warrantee, and no follow-up or return calls. We reached out to GM and no response. More

This was truly a team effort by Naples Chrysler Dodge JEEP. MY FIRST JEEP and I understand only in a jeep!! They sell used vehicles, you check everything that the vehicle must bring, you ask them to fix certain details but they do it and break others and they don't care, there is no quality of service or salesp vehicle must bring, you ask them to fix certain details but they do it and break others and they don't care, there is no quality of service or salespeople, much less Manager, this is the last week that I give them to give me the manuals of the comioneta or I return the truck.
