Great Experience. Happy Civic owner. Had all intentions on buying the Accord Sport, but after testing the Civic and seeing the bells and whistles on the Civic had to change my mind. Kyle, Had all intentions on buying the Accord Sport, but after testing the Civic and seeing the bells and whistles on the Civic had to change my mind. Kyle, was great. Felt like i was home I've looked at other dealerships to get a feel for what is out there now on the market and where I should go. When some of them found out I was really I've looked at other dealerships to get a feel for what is out there now on the market and where I should go. When some of them found out I was really just trying to get an idea of what I liked it almost felt like they lost interest. When I came to Honda, Kyle was awesome. He was really inquisitive in what I liked and what I liked to do like going with friends or pets to better help get an idea of what would be best. I told him a woman on my block just bought a new civic and i thought they were pretty sweet looking. Being a college student, school can be pretty stressful so he helped make the experience not feel like a death sentence so to speak. He showed me around and then just like the cherry on top showed me the civic hatchback which I flipped for. He truly made it a great experience. More

poor experience with a chipped wind sheild on new car quoted a payment and in the end it was higher. would not work a deal on a HRV traded in a 2013 Honda Ridgeline on Civic that I bought at Hagerstown Ho quoted a payment and in the end it was higher. would not work a deal on a HRV traded in a 2013 Honda Ridgeline on Civic that I bought at Hagerstown Honda. The car had over 200 miles on it and a chipped windsheild . That is how I am driving it now. paid full price for damaged product they were ok with that said just think you are getting a new windsheild and you can trade it in 3years for the car of your choice.they claim they did't know about the chip until it sold. some inspections. Had an appointment to fix chip never was serviced. waited most of the day. No one showed up. More
