Kyle answered all my questions with great knowledge and ease. He was still available and helpful with things that I didn't understand about the car weeks after I purchased it. The Pilot is a great vehicle and the only complaint I have with it is the radio. Everyone welcomed us in a friendly, warm, and hospitable manner with no pressure on buying until we initiated our interest to talk to a sales rep and, later, there was no pressure to purchase extras. Kyle took the necessary time to explain all the innovative technical apps on our 2016 Accord. Due to our other vehicle being serviced and being ride-short, Kyle picked me up and brought me to the dealership to bring the new Accord home. They are the most honest, caring, friendly, patient, knowledgeable people I have EVER dealt with. My salesman, Todd Haupt, was so wonderful to deal with. No matter how many tines he had repeat everything to me (and there was a lot) he was patient, gentle and took time to explain everything until there was no doubt as to what I just purchased. Ian, Dave and Jessie (I hope this is her name in finance) was so great to deal with. It is hard for me to remember all the names of these great people, but I thank God above for having the privilege to meet and deal with them. I will tell everyone to go to Hagerstown Honda for trust worthy deals and good honest people to deal with, who really do care more than just selling a car, they are there to make you happy and to work within your budget.
