Once we decided to trade in our car with Roush, Chris and Andy were most helpful in accommodating our expectation for the value of our car. Once we got to finance, we worked with Mesiah Smith who had very recently transitioned into this role from years as a Sales Professional. Mesiah was authentic, patient in explaining the various optional vehicle warranties and car maintenance options. He was personable and professional. We also worked with Kyln briefly as we completed this portion of our car purchase process. We are fortunate to live near this dealership in Westerville and chose to have our new CRV EXL services performed by their Service Professionals. Overall positive experience.
