Great Customer Service last minute oil change they make it happen with no problem. I went to two different dealerships and they were too busy and couldn’t squeeze me in came right over to this one and they it happen with no problem. I've only had my truck serviced at Robert Brogden, their team has always been courteous and professional. Lacey was awesome, continued to update me as the service progressed and also kept me informed since team has always been courteous and professional. My issue and frustration is with GMC manufacturing as they continue to build and service products with parts known to be faulty; an absolute mess. However, Lacey, Matt and Robert Brogden GMC service did they continue to build and service products with parts known to be faulty; an absolute mess. However, Lacey, Matt and Robert Brogden GMC service did a great job navigating the issues to the best of their ability. Good communication with good follow ups. It’s important to differentiate between those that cause the problems and those that fix them. Their service department has been solid over the last two years in my opinion and experience. More
