AMAZING. SIMPLE. Such a great experience We walked in to just look at vehicles and we were immediately greeted by the GM and an Account Executive immediatey stepping out of our vehicles. Never once were we pressured and we were accommodated the entire time, they even gave my 7 years old an adorable Lexus stuffed plush doggie. We test drive one vehicle and I fell in LOVE! Lance was so helpful, knowledgeable, and we were never pushed into doing anything. We left that afternoon because of a time restraint, but filled out an online app and Lance called me first thing Monday to let me know my car was ready. This was the most seamless and smooth car buying experience I have ever had! And we will be LOYAL Lexus customers! THANK YOU WALSER! More

I was able to find the car I wan The dealership has straightforward pricing and no surprise fees or "dealer-installed" options to increase the price. I was able to find the car I wanted online through the dealer website which, aside from too many pop-ups, is easy to use. Three emails and a phone call later, I agreed to purchase a new Lexus. The first email had a detailed list of all the options on the car and the dealer's best price, which included an explanation of taxes and a single document fee. A very pleasant experience. The only hiccup, the car had the wrong manuals in the glove box, but a week later, Lance sent the correct manuals in the mail. (I don't live in Wichita, otherwise, I would have stopped by.) More
