After the papers were signed, Terry put us in the hands of Sam who helped tell us about our new car and get the insurance in order. He took the time to help answer our questions and took extra time to set us up with the Jeep app. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. he even went the extra mile to stay with us after the dealership was closing to explain some of the features of the car. 10/10 excellent customer service. I had gotten a fair deal comparable to what's on the market and I really love my new used Durango. I was not really thrilled with my sales person. He didn’t seem to care enough to sell us anything. I had money to put down and no one bothered to talk "SELL" me a new car or a lease.. I did my research on my own and when I was ready to buy the process was not at all as I expected and too much time wasted. Sean in finance made it an easy transaction. Overall.. I am happy with the car and the deal I got. UPDATE: Lance from Customer Service called me and really listened to my grievances I had. I felt heard and he took care of me. I honestly felt like I won a Golden Ticket. He really erased any inconveniences we had and has changed my whole experience and outlook with this dealership. The reason I went to Bayside was because it was highly recommended and any issues I had could have been totally avoided. Perhaps it was an off day. More
