My experience started with an email in the morning expressing interest in a vehicle on the lot. Ryan and Lance assured me that efficiency and customer service would be paramount. They did not disappoint, as the vehicle was waiting out front when I arrived after work. My wife and I test drove the vehicle with Debbie, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Debbie made the environment very relaxed and showed us that there are still dealerships left that aren't loaded with pushy, used car-like salespeople. The crew here is truly second to none! Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Five stars is not enough for Debbie! She is a gem. Chris moved us right along with signing papers and we were driving away in no time. Additionally, Chris was quite knowledgeable and thorough with guiding us through the process (which is reassuring, having prior bad experiences elsewhere). We will be coming back to Carl Black in Hiram for all future purchases! More

My first time I’m 18, a recent graduate and I was terrified of making a big decision like this. When I came in at the time of my Appointment, I was greeted and smil I’m 18, a recent graduate and I was terrified of making a big decision like this. When I came in at the time of my Appointment, I was greeted and smiled at. I’d been told scary things about dealerships, that they will try to manipulate you, and get your money. But it was the total opposite here. They treated me like a friend, fought to get me the best deal, and made me feel like I wasn’t there to spend money but to make my life better by getting a new car. I especially would like to thank vic and the manager, along with the finance guy. All three of them really made this process smooth and comfortable. I was looking at a 2012 Ford Focus originally, but they told me they didn’t want me to get it because it was having some problems, very thoughtful. They told me a 2017 Ford Focus, newer, better mileage, etc was a better choice and was even around the same price. I agreed and I don’t regret it one bit. Thank you to everyone there! 😁 -Autumn More
