The facilities and amenities are wonderful. The service coordinators need to have faster communication. It should not be the customers responsibility to reach out to service supervisors to see The service coordinators need to have faster communication. It should not be the customers responsibility to reach out to service supervisors to see if their vehicle is done. Additional recommended services should not be mentioned after the car has been completed so that it takes even longer to get done. The sales team should reach out to prior sales to see how the vehicle is doing. If there were any items that were not taken care of prior to sale. It should not be the customers responsibility to hold the dealership to their word. More

Sales is fine but techniques are shady. Started getting messages about buying a new minivan when ours went into their shop for a check engine light. Not good timing as far as building trust with the customer. Service left us in the dark for a week regarding our 2019 Sienna minivan. It drove fine but just got a check engine light on. We were declined a loaner until they figured out the problem and verified warranty coverage. We were told we could pay to rent a car from their dealership but no complimentary loaner as we were on a ‘waitlist.’ I opted to call the loaner/rental dept myself. They said there was no waitlist and 2 cars ( a sienna and a Corolla) were immediately available. Service manager and advisor did not apologize for the blatant lie. I would not purchase from here again. Have purchased 2 Toyotas in the past from here. More
