Friendly, prompt. Got me in/out in good time, and addressed what I needed. IMO…Factory dealer should be better than the rest, Minor details could be improved. Wipe oil off frame after change, left spots on my shop floor. Thought I had a leak, Went under myself and just needed cleaned up. Finger prints on door handles. Please ask if customer wants car wash. I would never use an automatic car wash, worse thing for a car finish and high for possible damage. Took my decorative hitch cover off, but lucky no damage to truck. My truck was washed (thought I had a standing request not to, but did not ask this visit, so could be partially on me) but it does not auto dry so left with water spots lol over resent detail and ceramic coating. It will clean up but it’s just the principle. I’ll go back, but will keep these things in mind to make sure I address. More
