There is a lack of customer service in the “Service DEPT!!” We bought 2 cars in 2 weeks and this is the kind of treatment a customer receives? We are NEVER BUYING FROM CENTENNIAL NISSAN AGAIN!! NEVER!! If you don’t like your job then quit!! Someone would gladly replace you without the attitude and threats. Don’t forget you live in a Customer Service Driven City!! We are ALL in the Industry!! If I had said that to my Clients, I’d lose my job!! You want honesty, you got it!! More
