Larry provided excellent customer service and did the best he could given the dealership ran out of loaner cars. It was definitely inconvenient - but Larry got me an Uber and we made the best out of a ch best he could given the dealership ran out of loaner cars. In for our regular checkup and our XC90 was thoroughly inspected and multiple issues found. Being an older car it was to be expected.
