I currently own an XC90, and my 2017 S60 has over 220,000 miles and still runs beautifully — thanks in large part to the excellent service and care it has received from the Koons Volvo team over the years. Recently, there was a miscommunication regarding a charge. Larry handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help resolve the issue. The dealership was quick to look into the matter and ultimately refunded the full charge, which I truly appreciated. What stands out to me is not that an issue occurred, but how the dealership handled it. Larry and the team took ownership, communicated clearly, and worked quickly to make things right. That level of customer service is why I have continued to trust Koons Volvo with my vehicles for many years.
