Everyone we encountered at Annapolis Mercedes were true professionals who listened as much as they talked, answered all our questions, and did everything possible (including buying us lunch while we waited) to get us into the car we really wanted. Our salesman, Brian Sturgeon, was as nice as any dealer representative we have encountered anywhere, and his tireless desire to help and easy-going demeanor truly made the total buying experience wonderful. We had been to several other dealers prior and were not at all pleased so we are very pleased to say the drive was worth it (live it Baltimore) and we will not go anywhere else. Could not recommend them more!! More

So let’s start off with the best sales person who sold me my brand new 2020 Benz SUV, and this phenomenal person goes by the name of Casey. When I walked into his office, his plethora of awards were displayed along with the countless hand written cards that all of his clients have given him. I soon got to experience Casey in his element and saw exactly how he earned and deserved every single award. Casey is personable, trustworthy, patient and knowledgeable and he didn’t rush me through the process. He didn’t try to hard sell me, instead, there was a wealth of information provided so that I could make the best decision when choosing my SUV. Thanks again Casey! Deedee- Deedee was so welcoming and helpful. She took time to chat with me while making coffee and was full of good vibes. She is such an asset because typically, the front desk receptionist is who you interact with first and she is a natural and is so kind. Adrian- I met Adrian while walking around and he spoke and took time to chat and I appreciate this. He was very polite and professional. Dean- Dean took time to access my trade in value and was a pleasure to meet as well. Larry- Larry thoroughly and patiently explained additional coverage that I would need for my vehicle. The contract signing process was a breeze and he looked out for my best interest. I appreciate you Larry. Mercedes of Annapolis has completely over excelled at everything. I wasn’t judged when I walked in, I was treated fairly, every single last person that I encountered played a major role in my decision to purchase and I am totally in love with my truck.
