Definitely Not what I was Expecting! In my experience, buying a car is one of the worst, most stressful things to do in life. In other words, I have always hated it! I expected nothing In my experience, buying a car is one of the worst, most stressful things to do in life. In other words, I have always hated it! I expected nothing to be any different this time but I needed a car after keeping my previous car for 13 years (just to avoid the car buying process as long as possible...lol) . I saw a used GLC 300 online that was in my price and mileage range so I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car the following week. I had no intention in purchasing that day as I had several other car models that I wanted to test before I made up my mind. I was told I would meet with Ron Scherr. The moment I walked into the showroom everyone was very nice and polite (...I thought...I've seen this before...lol). But it didn't stop there. Ron was extremely personable, showed and took me for a test drive in the car I came to see. Was very thorough in his review of the car. We also discussed other cars available and lease options. The best thing was there was no pressure sales tactics going on. It was all laid out in plain English and fair. I ended up getting a good deal on a loaner lease that day. Also met with the finance guy Larry Cash who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. It was probably the best car buying experience I've had. This is my first Mercedes so I can't compare this experience with other Mercedes Dealerships but I can say that Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis is top notch. Ron Scherr and Larry Cash specifically! More
