We recently purchased a GLB 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Julian Connor is a top notch salesman and spent the better part of his Tuesday understanding what we were looking for, letting my wife and I test drive the car, working out the particulars of trading in our existing GLK 350, and initiating paperwork and financing for the new car. He's very knowledgable – not only about the cars they sell but also about the entire process of buying one, which makes for a seamless experience. He's also a pleasure to talk to and seems to genuinely value his customer relationships. Once the sale was done, Julian stuck around to make sure we fully understand all of the car's features and were ready to hit the road. Larry Cash, Sr. was wonderful to work with on financing and patiently walked us through all the details with a great deal of clarity. Like Julian, he put us completely at ease through what would normally be a bit of a stressful experience. The dealer itself is one of the best located we've come across, very close to downtown Annapolis and the harbor and in a great neighborhood with several restaurants. The showroom has a positive vibe and is not overwhelmingly big like at many dealerships. Everyone seems happy to be there and they were all great to our 3 year old, who was in tow for the duration. We left Annapolis with what we felt was a good deal on a great car and did so without the normal car purchasing pain. Arella Berger and Michael Herron did a great jod helping me with the purchase of an E class cabriolet, while being 450 miles away! I flew in from home, met with Arella and Mike, and drove away in a beautiful vehicle for my wife (Happy Anniversary!). Arella really knows her Mercedes line, provided great help in showing me the ins and outs, making sure the car met all my check list wants. Mike took the time to pull service records so that I would have a fresh start with "my new to me cabriolet" maintenance. All in all, a great, pleasant experience, with no drama!
