Before visiting your dealership, I had spoken to Mike Lee and told him I would be there by 5. On my way there, I texted saying I would be 10 minutes late and the friendly salesman Paul Kim was waiting for m and told him I would be there by 5. He greeted me very politely and when I told him what I wanted & needed, he seemed very honest and willing to help me with my needs.
