Worked with Chris Daniels, he was a great help and did his best to make my car buying experience as best as possible. Same with Carlos buendia, he assisted and answered any questions I had in regards to t his best to make my car buying experience as best as possible. Same with Carlos buendia, he assisted and answered any questions I had in regards to the vehicle I purchased. Overall I had a good experience however the customer service outside of these two gentleman wasn’t the best. I had to return the next day to take care of some scratches on my vehicle and asked if I could be compensated with gas, also because it was filled to less than a tank after I bought the vehicle. The sales manager made it seem like he didn’t have to do anything else for since he “ lowered “ the price, I understand the store policies regarding used vehicles however when you preach that customer service is your number one priority you probably shouldn’t make the customer feel like you don’t need to do anything else to help them out because you have already “ done enough “ I wasn’t happy with that mentality but overall the two gentleman I stated helped out alot More
