This is my first BMW purchase (coming from Audi) and he mad salesman for a second time, he has been nothing but transparent, knowledgeable, and kind! This is my first BMW purchase (coming from Audi) and he made it so enjoyable. He is very attentive and listens to my needs. I would also like to shoutout the other Larry (he’s the BMW tech genius), who made the BMW tour incredible and engaging and fun! We now have two BMWs in the family, and who knows, with customer service like this… we might add a third! Very pleased with the accommodating service that we received at Autohaus. Highly Recommend and Five Stars to the ones I mentioned! More

The overall process was transparent, relaxing, fun and fast. I have purchased several luxury vehicles from various local dealerships over the years and this was hands down the best! Larry took his time to help me and was so professional and personable. He was never pushy or attached to the sale and had high intent. Heather helped me complete the paperwork. She made the numbers work perfectly and she was thorough and fun. Once I finally purchased my vehicle I met Larry the technical guru that understood my vehicles every button and capability -I had no idea it was so equipped and advanced. It was such a fun experience all around and I can not say that enough. We looked a several of their competing dealerships and I was not impressed by the use of desperate sales pressure and tactics. So save yourself the headache of purchasing a vehicle and start at Autohaus BMW. If not, you’ll be glad you ended here like me. More
