The facility was very accomodating, coffee bar, snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We were told we would get the first 3 oil changes free and tha snacks…made you feel right at home! The sales manager was unpleasant to work with. We wrote a check for the total sale price and didn’t have to deal with the financing dept but still spent over an hour processing the paperwork. I guess when a transaction that typically takes 15 min takes over an hour you need to make your customers feel at home…. More

Honda Valley is about 10 minutes from my residence. Hence it’s very close by and convenient if and when I need service. The sales person was very informative, professional and courteous.
