Top of the line salesman, Steve Daniel! I was not looking forward to the drudgery of purchasing a new car. I had my previous car for 12 years and actually had grown quite close to it! lol W I was not looking forward to the drudgery of purchasing a new car. I had my previous car for 12 years and actually had grown quite close to it! lol With Steve's knowledge, accuracy, calm demeanor, my purchase was flawless and stress free. After our purchase, Steve sat in the car with us and explained every little button and gadget, he even set our phone up! One thing that impressed me most, which lacks in the car sales people I have dealt with in the past, was his honesty. When he didn't know the answer to a trivial question, he made it an important question and found out the answer promptly. The car dealership is well laid out with comfortable waiting areas. I did not see a place for the little guys to hang out and believe it would be a welcomed addition to the waiting area. I am counting on future visits for maintenance to go just as smooth and definitely will be referring people to Fred Anderson Toyota. More

Because I wanted a RAV4 and the Andersion Delearship was the dealership nearest to me, I decided to look at cars there. Rodney Williams warmly greeted me. He listened to what I wanted. He was knowledge about the cars. He negotiated a price I could feel good about. My sales person, Carl Anderson, was communicative, thorough, personable, providing regular updates. My car arrived earlier than expected, he held it for me till after returning from vacation. I then had a foul experience using Toyota Roadside service. Carl and Jeremy, his boss were both instrumental in providing a quick, fair resolution, attenuating to every detail. I've never been more impressed with any dealership or sales person, especially making things right after the sale when another entity had caused the problem. Carl is, hands down, the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuine person a buyer can ever hope to meet. I've told all my friends they're crazy to buy anywhere else, Fred Anderson does it right! More
