The phone system is horrible. No one answers. It is automated. It gives options for service, sales and parts. No option for finance or any other department. When you opt for an No one answers. If you need someone in finance, they tell you to call and leave a message, but there is no way to get to the finance phone messaging service. It takes days to contact someone. The only possible answer is to go to the dealership to find someone to speak to. Also the managers are rude and not fair. I’ve bought several vehicles there but the treat you poorly. I will never buy there again!!’ More
