I was helping my girlfriend buy her daughter a 2022 Tiguan SE, we did everything but pick up the car and do paperwork via the phone. Lawrence (Trey) was awesome from start to finish, communicated with us, worked with us and was always there if we texted a question. I normally dread dealing with dealerships, car salesmen and their finance department. I told Trey that up front and even received a call from their finance manager stating he understood we didn’t want to be pressured to be add ons. His call was to suggest one item that really made sense and was worth the money to spend on it so we added that on. I highly recommend this dealership and team for any of your needs. Ask for Trey you won’t be disappointed! More

Although Michelle from sales was very good and the process was seamless, including the financing, we were disappointed with one aspect of the transaction. It did not smell at the dealership, nor did it smell On the four hour ride home. After some research, I found this is normal depending on the weather and humidity. It cost us over $300 to have the smell eradicated. We were very disappointed in that it was not disclosed to us that the vehicle’s former owner was a cigarette smoker. I do not blame Michelle who knew nothing about the vehicle until our interest in it. I do blame management of the dealership. Someone at the dealership knew the car had a cigarette smell and this was not disclosed. It could have been a deciding factor in purchasing the vehicle. More
