It's frustrating when you need service on your vehicle, but Lakeland VW has figured out how to remove as much friction from the process as poss with. I have been going to Lakeland VW to service my vehicle for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. So on my last visit, I notifi for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. She notified the service manager of my problem, and I have to admit they went above and beyond to correct the problem and satisfy me to the point I will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced.
