I can not more highly recommend Joyce Honda!! Upon entering joyce honda Larry has taken a piece of paper(we entered with) with previously agree pricing on it and refused to return it like a child claiming "it doesnt have your name on it" out of the paper(we entered with) with previously agree pricing on it and refused to return it like a child claiming "it doesnt have your name on it" out of the fear that another dealership may give us that(previously agreed upon price). This has been the most unprofessional and childish way of conducting business that I have ever witnessed and I strongly advise people to not visit this location if you are buying a car. Matt stole this piece of paper saying "let me see what my general manager(larry) can do" then returns without it. More
