As a woman, I have never liked going in and having my car serviced. Somehow felt it was a man's world, I had no knowledge of the mechanics of a car, and was probably asking inane questions. I am very comfo serviced. Somehow felt it was a man's world, I had no knowledge of the mechanics of a car, and was probably asking inane questions. I am very comfortable with Honda. No question is too silly and everything is explained (with good follow-up paperwork). And a bonus...you have women service people. Yes! I like the fact you have complete records on my car and can tell me what and when I need servicing. Thank you, Honda. I can't locate my paperwork for last visit but the gentleman who helped me was excellent. I don't think he is on the list of people in the service dept. More
