Liars, liars and more liars! From my 1st phone call to verify the price I got on their website to them STILL holding my license plates hostage THREE MONTHS LATER because they are trying to STEAL another $ verify the price I got on their website to them STILL holding my license plates hostage THREE MONTHS LATER because they are trying to STEAL another $326 dollars from me - the entire purchase was the worst experience I have ever had and I have purchased 5 brand new cars over the years! Nothing could have been worse! I brought in a letter of financing from my credit union and even had the WIRE TRANSFER CONFIRMATION # FOR MY PURCHASE and yet they STILL went BEHIND MY BACK and had THREE FINANCE COMPANIES RUN MY CREDIT REPORT COSTING ME NEGATIVE POINTS AND THEN THEY REFUSE TO REMOVE THE INQUIRIES! And after they did this to me I went and looked at their reviews online and apparently they make this practice a habit as they have done it to MANY OTHERS! My credit union even asked them to get the license plates here in Texas where I was moving to and Joyce Honda told them "no" yet they still have never given me my plates - I am still waiting to get them after 3 MONTHS! BUYER BEWARE! PURCHASE FROM JOYCE HONDA AT YOUR OWN RISK! More
